These terms are an agreement between you and MYNEGY LTD (company no. 17395048, registered at 8 Heol-y-beddau, Caerffili, CF83 1AH, United Kingdom) governing your use of the Manifest Sky app.

1. The service

Manifest Sky lets you anonymously share personal hopes and intentions ("manifestations") and send anonymous encouragement ("Energy") to others. The service is provided free of charge.

2. No guarantees

Manifestations are personal hopes and intentions, not guarantees. We make no claim, express or implied, that using this app will cause any outcome in your life.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of what you write. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display your manifestations anonymously within the app. You are responsible for what you post and must follow the Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable use

You must not post prohibited content (see Community Guidelines), attempt to identify other users, interfere with the service, or access it by automated means.

5. Moderation

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

6. Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYNEGY LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
